The Minister for Science and Art announced a “master plan for culture” when he took office. Now he has presented his “culture agenda” in the state parliament, a loosely drafted plan for how the urgently needed renovation of many cultural buildings in the Free State (Residenztheater, Nationaltheater, Haus der Kunst, Musikhochschule, Herkulessaal and others) and important new building projects should be got under control .
