Mario Balotelli: “I would like to play for Boca”

Mario Balotelli is currently playing for Adana Demirspor, but that could change soon – he is toying with a move to Boca Juniors.
Italian attacker Mario Balotelli can imagine a move to Boca Juniors, the 31-year-old shared in a live stream with Sergio Aguero.
Balotelli was streaming with his former Man City team-mate and was asked by Agüero: “An Argentinian club you like?” “Boca,” Balotelli said succinctly, before adding, “I’d love to play for Boca.”

After Balotelli’s surprisingly clear answer, Agüero took on the role of journalist and added another question: “What if Roman calls you?” Juan Roman Riquelme is not only an Argentine soccer legend, but also the current sporting director of Boca Juniors.
“I come when he calls me. Every kid that grew up in Europe grew up watching videos of Maradona and Riquelme at Boca. I knew Boca because of Maradona and Riquelme. I always said that one day I would play there.” , replied Balotelli.
The Italian currently plays for Adana Demirspor in Turkey, where he has scored 13 goals in 29 games. His contract there runs until 2024.
