Margaret Atwood: “Burning Questions”. Essays against the destruction of the world. – Culture

Margaret Atwood was once again declared dead in mid-October. The Canadian writer wrote unmovedly in her blog that she was only in the hospital to get a pacemaker, something long overdue. So that no one would have to worry about her, she promised her fans a sign of life. Immediately after the operation, she wanted to perform the tap dance to “Good Morning” from the film “Singin’ in the Rain” – and that’s what she did: she was seen on October 26th on Instagram in a hospital gownwith plastic coverings on their feet and a mask over their face, dancing at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
