A 31-year-old man was shot in the eye on the night of Saturday January 13 to Sunday January 14 in Château-Thierry (Aisne) while he was in his car, we learned.AFP with the prosecution and a police source.
A murder investigation, entrusted to the Château-Thierry police station and the Creil judicial police services, has been opened.
“Two men were in the car”
The victim “is not from nor domiciled in Aisne” and the reasons “of his presence” in Château-Thierry “are not yet established”, indicated the Soissons public prosecutor’s office. These facts took place “at the exit of an establishment” towards “2:30 a.m.”indicated this source to theAFP.
“The shooter is being identified” and was not arrested. According to a police source, “two men were in the car”but “the passenger was not able to explain why, nor the circumstances” of this murder.
