The Deutsche Bahn app is a great one Disturbance affected. At times, users cannot find connections or book tickets.
The DB Navigator is “currently down,” the railway wrote in the afternoon on X, formerly Twitter. Work is underway to resolve the problem.
The DB Navigator has recently been fundamentally renewed. Before the final changeover, rail customers were able to test and evaluate the new design and new functions using the “Next DB Navigator” project app. It is not yet known whether the technical problems are related to the changeover.
The app has developed into an important sales channel for the railway in recent years. According to the group, 90 million tickets were booked via DB Navigator in 2022.
