Magali Berdah, the “popess of influencers” filed a complaint against the Marseillais star, the influencer Maeva Ghennam, indicates Paris Match. The Paris prosecutor’s office confirms having received the complaint, which is “under analysis” at this stage.
Dated December 19, the complaint filed by the boss of Shauna Events denounces acts of “death threats”, “provocation of racial hatred”, “cyberharassment”, “blackmail” and “psychological violence”, on the part of the influencer with 3.3 million subscribers on Instagram.
In conflict for several months
The two women, who officially broke off their professional collaboration, have been in conflict for several months. Maeva Ghennam accuses her former boss of owing her hundreds of thousands of euros, linked to partnerships which would never have been paid. But the relationship between the two women has reportedly seriously deteriorated since the Hamas attacks in Israel on October 7.
Maeva Ghennam, who publicly supports the Palestinian cause, would not have appreciated a trip to Israel at the beginning of December by her former boss, who openly supports the IDF in its war in the Gaza Strip. “My babies, I’m so angry with Magali Berdah’s big slut. I’m too angry. I open my phone now, what do I see? ”Oh I’m in Israel supporting these murderers who kill Palestinians every day,” Maeva Ghennam declared on Snapchat on December 10.

Me David-Olivier Kaminski, who defends Magali Berdah, also cited in the complaint several videos where Maeva Ghennam insults and threatens her on her social networks. The lawyer also transmitted to the prosecution other “stories” or screenshots characteristic, according to him, of “death threats, cyberstalking, extortion, incitement to racial hatred and psychological violence to the detriment of Magali Berdah”.
The complaint, filed by the boss of Shauna Events, also highlights comments made by Salya Ghennam, the mother of Maeva Ghennam, who is very present on social networks, as well as the reality TV star Milla Jasmine, also in conflict with Magali Berdah.
After the announcement of the proceedings against her, Maeva Ghennam reacted on her Snapchat account. “She owes me 500,000 euros, she no longer answers the phone. Well yes I insult him, what’s the matter? […] Thief, scammer […] She’s not the popess, she’s the traitor of influence,” wrote the influencer, who therefore has no intention of burying the hatchet…
