Megan Fox shared a sad stroke of fate with the public: The 37-year-old and her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly lost their baby some time ago. In her newly published poetry collection “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” the actress writes about her miscarriage in two poems.
“I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life,” she said during her appearance on “Good Morning America.” She already has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. It was “very difficult” for her and Machine Gun Kelly and “it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately,” said Fox.
In the poems, Fox writes, among other things, about an ultrasound scan of a little girl at ten weeks old. In another place it says: “I want to hold your hand, hear your laugh. […] But now I have to say goodbye.” Another line is about imagining holding the baby “while they tear you from inside me.”
Machine Gun Kelly hinted at miscarriage
Machine Gun Kelly previously hinted at the Billboard Music Awards last May that his fiancée had a miscarriage. On stage, the 33-year-old dedicated his song “Twin Flame” to Fox and said: “And this is for our unborn baby.”
In the summer of 2020, Fox made her relationship with musician Machine Gun Kelly public shortly after separating from her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. They announced their engagement around a year and a half later, in January 2022. Fox has three sons from her relationship with Green. Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, is the father of a daughter.
Fox announced the publication of her book on her Instagram account at the beginning of August. In addition to the miscarriage, it’s about men and secrets. She wrote it to free herself “from the burden of her sins.”
