Lukas Bärfuss becomes curator at the Munich – Munich Literature Festival

Lukas Bärfuss will curate the forum of the 14th Munich Literature Festival, which will take place from November 15th to December 3rd. Under the motto “What we inherit, what we leave behind”, the Swiss writer, who has received the Georg Büchner Prize among other things, will deal with the topic of heritage “in legal, historical-political, artistic, literary and biological scientific terms”. This is announced by the Munich Literature House and the Bavarian State Association of the German Book Trade Association, which is organizing the festival in cooperation with the city’s cultural department. The 64th Munich book show will be housed in the Haus der Kunst this year, while a “Munich branch” for the independent scene will be docked to the Monacensia literary archive this time.
