PSG’s great victory over OM last Sunday (4-0) was marred by a big controversy. Several players (Dembélé, Kolo Muani, Kurzawa and Hakimi) chanted homophobic chants as they celebrated this success with the supporters. The latter also repeated these same discriminatory words. The 4 elements cited are also summoned by the disciplinary committee on October 5 and risk suspension. Luis Enrique explained his point of view on this matter at a press conference.

“I know this is a topic that generates controversy. The only thing I want to say is that the club, the sports management, the staff, we are all against any type of discrimination. (…) Football is a reflection of society in any country. I repeat, our message is very clear: we are against any act that involves violence and discrimination. insists the Parisian coach, on the eve of a trip to Clermont (kick-off at 5 p.m.) as part of the 7th day of Ligue 1.
