In the Lower Franconian town of Lohr am Main, a young person was found dead on the grounds of a school center. The 14-year-old showed signs that he did not die of natural causes. In the evening hours, around 6 p.m., the police were able to identify a suspect. He was temporarily arrested. According to the Lower Franconia police headquarters, the person arrested is also a teenager.
According to police spokesman Enrico Ball, numerous emergency services have been near the school center, where different types of schools are brought together, since the afternoon hours. The public prosecutor’s office and a forensic doctor are also in Lohr am Main in the Main-Spessart district. The suspected young person was to be questioned by the criminal police in the evening hours in order to clarify the possible background to the crime. The police have announced further information for the evening. The suspected young person is to be brought before the investigating judge tomorrow, Saturday.
