A rider was threatened with a knife while out riding her horse in Schönberg (Freyung-Grafenau district). The 29-year-old lost her orientation on Monday when she was riding and asked a passer-by for directions, the police said on Tuesday.
After a short conversation, the woman reportedly rode on when the man suddenly ran after her. The 38-year-old pulled out a knife and made her understand that he would do something to the horse if she didn’t comply with his request for “fun”. The rider then fled and called the police. This arrested the alleged perpetrator a short time later.
