The violent death of a man on a farm in Lower Bavaria is to be clarified with the help of the ZDF program “Aktenzeichen XY”. As the police announced on Monday, the investigators are hoping for “relevant information” from the broadcast on Wednesday, February 15. Because so far there is still no concrete evidence of a possible suspect.
According to the findings, the 39-year-old victim was shot by an unknown person with a shotgun on July 22, 2021 on a farm near Geratskirchen (Rottal-Inn district). The man’s body was found by his partner. The suspicion against two men from the environment of the victim could be invalidated, it said. The Bavarian State Criminal Police Office had already offered a reward of 10,000 euros for solving the case two months after the crime.
