There is a lot of flying for peace these days. The only question is whether it does anything. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, for example, set off for the Middle East on Wednesday. It is his sixth trip since the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7 last year. This time she takes the American to Riyadh and Cairo, where he wants to talk “about the architecture of a lasting peace.” The fact that he will only stop in Jerusalem for two short hours says something about the increasingly deteriorating American-Israeli relations.
