The comedy show with host Michael Bully Herbig (55) starts just in time for Easter on March 28th. It is unclear in what form the individual episodes will be published. Most recently, the new episodes always came in double packs and every week.

These stars are there

The new episodes feature comedian legend Otto Waalkes (75), singer and presenter Ina Müller (58), actor Elyas M’Barek (41) as well as Hazel Brugger (30), Mirja Boes (52), Ralf Schmitz (49), Michael Kessler (56), Torsten Sträter (57), Olaf Schubert (56) and Meltem Kaptan (43).

Sträter was already able to win the first season, which was released in April 2021. Hazel Brugger and Olaf Schubert are also repeat offenders. In the earlier seasons, Anke Engelke (58), Kurt Krömer (49), Bastian Pastewka (51) and Carolin Kebekus (43), among others, were seen several times.

This is how “LOL” works

“LOL” is originally a Japanese format. The concept: The comedians are locked in a room together for several hours where they try to make each other laugh. Anyone who laughs twice or contorts their face into a grin is eliminated. In the 2023 Christmas special, the comedians competed in teams of two for the first time.
