Russia said on Friday that it had shot down 87 Ukrainian drones overnight, 70 of which targeted the Rostov region (south) housing the headquarters of the Russian operation in Ukraine.
“During the night, an attempt by the kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with aerial drones (…) was prevented,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement. “A total of 87 Ukrainian drones were shot down over Russian regions,” he said.
