Depielo, who finished 2nd last year, was the fastest in the first group in free practice with a time of 1:42.370.
The GP Explorer program announces a “surprise event on the track” at 1:30 p.m., just before qualifying scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
For this session, the 24 drivers will be divided into two groups. With a Q1, a Q2 and a Q3.
The stands are well filled
The 60,000 seats were sold out in less than half an hour last May. Currently, the event is followed by more than 345,000 viewers on Squeezie’s Twitch channel.

Towards a new viewer record on Twitch?
The first edition of the GP Explorer brought together more than a million viewers on Squeezie’s Twitch channel. This was a new record for a French channel on this platform.
This record was broken a few weeks later by the France-Spain match of the Eleven All Stars event of streamer Amine with 1.150 million viewers.

Hello, welcome to this RMC Sport live to follow the GP Explorer 2, the second edition of the car race organized by Squeezie and which mainly brings together content creators on the Internet (Twitch streamers, Youtubers, influencers) but also some artists. The title holder is Sylvain Lévy, who co-hosts the Vilebrequin channel on YouTube.
The event takes place on the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans. 24 drivers are in the running. The qualifying session takes place between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The start of the race is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. The cars used are Formula 4 single-seaters (Mygale M21).
