You can see in the video: Member of parliament stands up during a video conference – and forgets that he is only wearing underpants.
Bronislovas Matelis, a Lithuanian MP, has apparently forgotten that he is not wearing pants.
Together with his colleagues, he takes part in a video call at a committee meeting of the Lithuanian parliament.
Then Matelis receives a call, the politician gets up and for a brief moment his colleagues can see his underpants.
Most MPs seem to have hardly noticed it, however.
A reporter who was also following the meeting was more attentive: he contacted Matelis after his unwanted underwear incident – and the video spreads rapidly.
Matelis justifies his airy appearance on Facebook with the fact that he had just done a sports exercise at home.
