The second member of the group is a child in his stroller; the resigned singsong with which his mother tries to calm him down sounds like the former Yugoslavia. The child appears to have reached an agreement with the other boy about scheduling shifts, although it is not clear how. They shout across languages. The third baby is in a sling with its mother.
