After twelve days, Linda Nobat (26) is over: the ex-“Bachelor” candidate has to leave the South African jungle. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, she looks back on her time with “I’m a star – get me out of here!” (also on RTL+) back and reveals why there were repeated discussions with Anouschka Renzi (57) in the camp.

How are you today?

Linda Nobat: I’m very, very fine, thank you!

Are you disappointed to have been knocked out so close to the finish line?

Nobat: I have to say I’m little to no disappointment. I was sad at first, but I’m glad to be back to normal life now.

In the camp you kept getting into fights with Anouschka Renzi, also in yesterday’s episode. Why did you two disagree so often?

Nobat: Because unfortunately, I really have to say, I got to know Anouschka from two sides. I do not know why. But I notice a strong insecurity in her, which she sometimes cannot control. This often leads to her saying very mean things and then being very nice again the next moment. I couldn’t handle that very well. She then apologized and then everything was fine. But now I have to revise myself after hearing a few things from my sister. I am very disappointed in Anouschka and take back everything I said nice about her.

What did you hear?

Nobat: She said something about me in the interview that made me very, very disappointed.

Anouschka is currently the only woman in the camp. Would you still treat her to the jungle crown?

Nobat: I can answer that with a clear no. The only person I would give the jungle crown to is Filip Pavlovic.

In the beginning, you kept arguing with Janina Youssefian, who used racial abuse on you. Janina was then sent home. In your opinion, has RTL drawn enough conclusions?

Nobat: Definitely, I didn’t expect it. I think a lot of people were happy that it happened that way. Finally, a situation like this was not tolerated. Due to habit, many people who are affected by racism have to experience again and again that there are no consequences for something like this.

What was the biggest challenge for you at the camp?

Nobat: Those were the exams, but now also the campers. I really put my heart into it and tried to understand everyone and accept them for who they are. But it wasn’t always possible for me because I wasn’t respected enough either. A lot of people got excited that I’m so young. I’m going to 30 – I’m going to 30 too damn! Ultimately, the campers disappointed me the most.

Will you be seen in other reality formats in the future?

Nobat: I’ve had enough for now. But I would never say never.
