Flying change: Biyon Kattilathu will step in for “Let’s Dance”. Why he replaces Simon Brunner and how we know him.

Oliver Pocher’s (45) stage program continues to write itself: author and entertainer Biyon Kattilathu (39), whom the comedian often satirized with his fictional character “Dalai Karma”, has been announced as a replacement for the upcoming “Let’s Dance” season been. “Welcome to ‘Let’s Dance’, dear Biyon Kattilathu!” it says on the channel and show’s official Instagram accounts.

The 39-year-old will therefore stand in for the parkour and freerunning athlete and “Ninja Warrior” Simon Brunner (26), who had to cancel his already confirmed participation in the format “for personal reasons”. Kattilathu will now take part in the big introductory show of “Let’s Dance” on February 23rd (8:15 p.m., RTL), where a total of 14 dance couples come together.

He is extremely excited about this surprising opportunity: “I’m really happy to be on ‘Let’s Dance’ and am very grateful that I was given this chance! A dream is becoming reality – so beautiful! It’s going to be an amazing journey.. . I want to grow personally from this exciting challenge and of course offer everyone a great show!”
