Actually, Joe Biden didn’t want any abrams-Send tanks to Ukraine, then he said he was willing to do it. The reason is Olaf Scholz. The chancellor will only deliver new types of weapons if others, ideally the USA, do the same. Biden’s national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, has now said it again: the United States has its own abrams promised to allow the Germans in turn leopards send.
