She announces dates for her 2024 tour

Lena Meyer-Landrut (32) reports back to her fans on Instagram with a big announcement. The singer is going on tour again. “It’s official. The 2024 tour is coming and I’m so excited wow,” she writes in her post, in which she also shared the dates for her concerts.

All six concerts in Germany

Her “Lena Live 2024” tour kicks off on June 1st in Leipzig (Haus Auensee), followed by Berlin (Tempodrom) on June 2nd, Hamburg (Stadtpark) on June 3rd, Bielefeld (Lokschuppen) on June 5th and Cologne (Palladium) on June 6th. The grand finale will take place on June 7th in Dresden (Weißer Hirsch concert venue). Advance sales for tickets begin on November 2, 2023, says Eventim.

In June 2023, the singer will release her new single “What I Want” – a harbinger of her new album, which is scheduled to be released in early 2024. With the song she wants to “encourage listeners not to be afraid of change, but to see it as a new opportunity.”

A riding accident pushed Lena Meyer-Landrut to her limits

The 32-year-old recently had to struggle with a few hurdles herself. At the beginning of August she also announced via Instagram that she had suffered a double fracture of the sacrum in a riding accident.

In September, she explained on the SWR3 podcast “1 plus 1 – Friendship for a Time” that she had struggled enormously with the injury. “It definitely wasn’t funny. The first few days were really shit and were also emotionally hard because you come up with completely different thoughts.” After the accident, the singer was “much more grounded.”

She had to cancel her planned appearance on August 26th at “RTL Stars for Free” in Berlin. She let her followers know that she still needs “rest and healing before it starts again.” “Stage with you is so exciting and I’m looking forward to it happening again soon.”
