Advent calendars are used to bridge the time until Christmas Eve, when children (but also adults) in particular have to be patient. 24 small gifts from Lego arrive at just the right time – and provide the necessary distraction: with fun and games, but without chocolate.

It is hardly surprising that the world’s largest toy manufacturer is launching themed Lego Advent calendars at Christmas time. And since the popular modular systems have not only taken millions of children’s rooms by storm, but also know how to inspire more and more adult hobbyists, one or the other model is based on cinema classics such as “Star Wars” or “Harry Potter” – much to the delight of die-hard fans of the Film series. Which Lego Advent Calendars 2021 are still available is listed below.

And one more tip in advance: You can also implement individual advent calendar ideas and the 24 days (for example) with individual Lego bricks fill – on Christmas Eve the kit is finally complete.

The theme of Christmas plays an important role in the Harry Potter films. How fitting, then, that Lego has also released an advent calendar for friends of the sorcerer’s apprentice: It includes 24 surprises, all of which revolve around characters from Hogwarts Castle, such as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Dudley Dursley and Griphook. But the advent calendar also contains various accessories from the film series. The Harry Potter Advent Calendar is available here.

5. Star Wars

Friends and followers of the legendary Star Wars saga should make little leaps of joy with this advent calendar – because Lego has also dedicated itself to this topic and distributed 335 individual parts on 24 doors, which (assembled) different spaceships, vehicles or scenes from the second Mandalorian- Season surrender. Even if the calendar is recommended for children from the age of six, there will certainly also be one or two adults with this model who would be delighted with the calendar.
