The disappearance of the immense music icon that is Tina Turner on May 24 at the age of 83 also shines the spotlight on her heritage, like her sumptuous mansion but not only. Married to German producer Erwin Bach in 2013, she had raised four boys: Ike Junior and Michael, two sons born from Ike Turner’s first marriage to Lorraine Taylor, but also Craig (1958 – 2018), son of Tina Turner and the saxophonist Raymond Hill, adopted by Ike Turner and finally Ronald dit Ronnie. He comes from the union of Tina Turner and her violent and toxic ex-husband Ike. Ronnie Turner, who died in 2022, had married in 2007 Afida Turner, French reality TV personality who thus finds himself linked to the legacy of the American star – diminished by his divorce with Ike Turner, estimated at between 250 million and 270 million dollars according to Europe 1.

Ronnie Turner died on December 9, 2022, news announced by his wife, Afida Turner, in tears. Could she now touch part of the fortune of the singer? The one who had previously been the companion of rapper Coolio (who died in 2022) had indicated in the show to be the main heiress of the singer with her husband during his visit last October (see in our slideshow). However, she later clarified:My mother-in-law I wish her all the long life she can. (…) I’m not here to take money from someone who has worked.

Daughter-in-law of the singer from 2007 and who then lived separated from her husband Ronnie, she had kept a good relationship with Tina Turner, according to what she posted on her Instagram account to pay tribute to her after her death: “I was just talking about you 5 minutes ago, before it happened, in Nice. I know how much she loved the south of France. Rest in peace, my mother-in-law, with Craig and Ronnie.”

All the men in Tina Turner’s life

Afida Turner is however not alone since she will share the inheritance with also the last husband of Tina Turner Erwin Bach and the two children of Ike whom she had adopted Ike Jr and Michael, and from whom she continued to care for when she divorced their father in 1978, after years of domestic violence. Under Swiss law – Tina Turner renounced her US citizenship and acquired Swiss nationality in 2013 – adopted children have the same inheritance rights as other children.
