The message is brief, and annoyed. Cédric Jubillar, the husband of Delphine, the nurse who has been missing since December 16, 2020 in
Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn, came out of its silence on Friday evening, via a
Facebook post in which anger points.

He confirms his hearing the same morning by the Toulouse investigating judges in charge of the case and takes the opportunity to thank those who support him. But also to curry the “curious”, many on social networks, who do not hesitate to give their opinion on the investigation. “So now… the curious… you know what… go and make your fictitious life elsewhere and leave me alone”, sermons the husband of the missing.

No questioning envisaged, according to his lawyer

“The hearing (…) took place in a perfectly calm atmosphere between my client and the magistrates, Jean-Baptiste Alary, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyer, had indicated earlier in the day. My client’s status as a civil party has been confirmed and no questioning is envisaged ”. The meeting lasted 1h30.

Delphine Jubillar, mother of two children aged 6 and 18 months, disappeared from the marital home on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. It was her husband who warned the gendarmes. Since then, much research has been carried out – beatings, surveys of water points, extensive search of the house – without any trace of the 33-year-old nurse, who was in the process of divorce, being found. The Toulouse public prosecutor’s office has opened a judicial investigation for “kidnapping, detention or sequestration” and investigators still favor the criminal hypothesis.
