Decidedly, the label of the Animalist Party appeals to Laurent Baffie. After presenting himself in 2019 in the European elections under the colors of the party that loves animals, the comedian is now launching an assault on Paris.
The former columnist of Thierry Ardisson in the program Salut les Terriens is running for the legislative elections of 2022 under the label of the animalist party. He will be a candidate in the 3rd constituency of Paris whose current deputy is Stanislas Guérini (LREM).
Difficulty in collecting sponsorships
In 2019, the animalist party list won 2.2% of the vote, causing surprise. Animal lovers, however, have difficulty gathering enough sponsorship for the presidential election.
