- This Friday evening, TF1 broadcast the eleventh episode of Koh-Lanta: Secret weapons.
- The one who finds herself in the worst position is Magali, eliminated at the gates of the final without having been able to defend her chances during the orientation test.
- “I knew that there was going to be another eel under the rock, that I was once again on an ejection seat”, confesses the candidate to 20 minutes.
She touched the final with her fingertips but will not be there for the orienteering event. This Friday, Magali was eliminated from Koh Lanta by her ex-red comrades, who had nevertheless promised her not to vote against her. She could have gotten out of it if Lucie (again she) had not drawn her secret weapon: the hijacking of the vote. Without this advantage, the old yellow would have seen its torch go out. “She is accepted by the reds to the detriment of a red one so it’s really well done”, says Magali about Lucie for 20 minutes.
During your elimination, you say “Like what, it doesn’t matter much to the words”. What is the promise that was made?
When I came back from Gabin’s injury, the girls were apparently delighted that I was coming back and suggested a wedding ring that we called “the little finger alliance”, girl power ! Apparently there was tension between the boys and the girls, who started to realize that by eliminating me they were only two. So it’s good, they took a long time but they realized that it was indeed complicated. The idea was to stay united until the end. Laure had promised me in particular that she would never vote against me again.
So according to you, it was Lucie who was going out? Didn’t you expect to be eliminated on this advice?
No, I wouldn’t have been that presumptuous, I knew there was going to be another eel under the rock, that I was once again in an ejection seat. Lucie still managed a masterstroke by making a place for herself [parmi les anciens rouges]. Afterwards, it’s magic, it’s fantastic, she has a crush on Maxine. We don’t know where it came from but she fell in love with it, it’s great, that’s good too. It is accepted by the reds to the detriment of a red so it’s really well done.
You used a secret weapon during a hint at the start of the adventure and you get out because of Lucie’s. So, are secret weapons good or bad?
I’m going to say it’s a good thing because otherwise we would have done this interview in the second episode (laughs). It is the theme of the season which we can say that I am fully in the theme.
You still blame Laure and Maxine, six months later?
We say “six months later” but we still have to think that we see the shows at the same time as the viewers and therefore there are things that we did not hear during the filming that we realize today. ‘hui. Obviously, it puts a little oil on the fire. It still titillates us a little bit but I think that time will do things and I hope that we will all be appeased.
When Maxine justifies her vote, she says you walked away from her. Is this the case?
No, I don’t agree at all, I haven’t moved away at all. From the moment they set foot on Reunification Island, Laure and Maxine completely changed their attitude and the little finger alliance shattered. They were more about winning yolks, being appreciated and loving everything that anyone could say, than being united. I haven’t strayed away. We must not forget that over two hours of broadcast, we summarize three days of adventure. Maybe we don’t see everything either and maybe my reaction was due to things that didn’t show up.
You have been in danger throughout your adventure. How did you deal with this?
It showed my strength of character where I had to be asked and in the adaptation each time, in the reactivity also according to the situation to be faced. It really shows my quiet strength side, it suits me too. It proves that I am fighting spirit, that each time, I have defended myself. Anyway, I didn’t have much of a choice.
Do you regret something?
I have no regrets. I am very happy, I only retain the positive of the adventure. I remained myself, whole, I didn’t need to crush others in order to move forward and do great things, I never wavered. Today I have other projects that are going to be implemented and I am delighted to be part of this new family of Koh Lanta because there are still a lot of people who would like to have done this adventure for me. I’m so lucky and I have absolutely nothing to regret.
