Last generation climate activists have blocked two Autobahn exits in Berlin.
The exit at Sachsendamm in Schöneberg and at Messedamm in western Berlin were affected, the traffic information center said on Twitter. There was a traffic jam.
The climate activists publish a video of the action on Twitter, which shows a demonstrator standing in front of a car that is still moving.
The slow-moving car does not stop, but pushes the demonstrators in front of it until they jump to the side.
Usually the blockers occupy intersections and sit in front of cars that are already at red lights and do not jump into moving traffic.
The police want to investigate the matter and investigate the behavior of drivers using the videos.
The climate activists are said to have been “harassed, coerced and hit by drivers with cars” before the police arrived, the Berlin police tweeted.
Two ads for various dangerous physical injuries were made from video recordings, it is said.
Almost exactly a year ago, the group “Last Generation” started their blockades in Berlin. So far, 2,700 criminal charges have been filed and 756 suspected blockers identified.
