Officials confiscated them in the ancient Lombard city of Brescia because they found too much to be suspicious about the man who has become known as “Putin’s architect”. The tax police didn’t give a name, only that it was a “well-known businessman”. But according to Italian media and other sources, it is Lanfranco Cirillo, 63, who has spoken with great pride about having the “Castle on the Black Sea ” designed that supposedly most expensive palace in the world, which is said to belong to the head of the Kremlin, even if a friend officially appears as the owner, the oligarch Arkady Rotenberg.
