Researchers have succeeded in transplanting organs between pigs and monkeys. This will not solve the shortage of donor organs for humans. There is a lack of political will and the willingness of every individual citizen.
It’s a miracle: every time I see Lilly, now 13, I’m happy for her because she’s so happy. She does what a teenager has to do, grows up incredibly quickly, goes along with what mom and dad say, loves horseback riding and hanging out with friends.
