The actress Charlotte Schwab receives the Kurt Meisel Prize 2022, which is endowed with 5000 euros. The Association of Friends of the Residenztheater eV recognizes Schwab’s outstanding artistic achievements in various roles at the Munich Residenztheater, of which she has been a member of the ensemble since the 2016/2017 season. Two sponsorship awards, each endowed with 3000 euros, honor the actress Antonia Münchow and the actor Max Rothbart. The award ceremony will take place on July 10 at 11 a.m. in the Residenztheater; Schwab’s son, the actor Max Simonischek, will hold the eulogy for his mother.
