K+S shares are under pressure on Thursday.
After a downgrade by Exane BNP Paribas, the shares of the potash company K+S temporarily fell by 2.90 percent to 13.91 euros on the XETRA trading platform. On XETRA they are threatened with a new low for two years.
Above all, the price target of just 11 euros attracted attention. Analyst Rikin Patel had reduced it from 16 euros and downgraded the shares to “underperform”. “Oversupply creates structural headwinds,” he wrote. K+S will find it difficult to make money in the short and medium term.
