Andrea Kiewel is unfaithful to her regular broadcaster ZDF. From 2024, “Kiwi” will moderate the new show “Kiwi’s big party night” on Sat.1.
The popular “ZDF TV Garden” presenter Andrea Kiewel (58) receives a new show on Sat.1. The Munich private broadcaster announced this at the Screenforce Days 2023 taking place today. Kievel’s new show is entitled “Kiwi’s Big Party Night” and is scheduled to flicker across the Sat.1 screens four times in the coming year.
Competition for the “ZDF television garden”?
“At Kiwi, people sing, dance, laugh and celebrate with the heroes of German music,” says the official press release. Which musicians will perform at “Kiwi’s Big Party Night” has not yet been decided.
Andrea Kiewel is known throughout Germany as the presenter of the “ZDF TV Garden”. Since the year 2000 – with a two-year break – it has been leading through the popular live broadcast on Sunday afternoons. But the 58-year-old has also been active for competing channels such as RTL or MDR in recent years. “Kiwi” has also been in front of the camera for Sat.1: From 1993 to 2000 she was a presenter on “Sat.1 breakfast television”.
