Camilla has revealed how “thrilled” Charles is about his return. She had to “hold him back” for a long time.

King Charles III has been completing his studies since the end of April. (75) resumed public appointments after he had previously only attended audiences in the palace due to his cancer treatment. Charles is happy about his return, which he celebrated on Tuesday with an appearance in London, as is his wife, Queen Camilla (76). according to the Daily Mail during her reception at Buckingham Palace with around 300 guests.

“I think he was really excited to be out again,” Camilla told a woman who attended the May 1 charity event for the Sexual Assault Referral Center. Over the past few months, she has also tried to “hold back” her husband. After his diagnosis, Charles’ doctors recommended that the monarch temporarily reduce his royal work and not make any public appearances. Charles stuck to this, but he did not let his audiences in the palace be taken away from him.

On April 30, Charles celebrated his return to the public eye at a special event in London. His wife Camilla accompanied him on the visit to University College Hospital’s Macmillan Cancer Center, a cancer center. The king seemed downright happy to be able to work again after his cancer diagnosis.

Charles received his cancer diagnosis about three months ago. He is said to be still undergoing treatment, but appears fit enough to resume his public work. There are even plans for the upcoming Trooping the Color military parade in June. Apparently Charles wants to ride his favorite horse, Noble. However, his participation on horseback is not yet guaranteed, as doctors continue to urge caution.
