At King Charles’ first state banquet, his daughter-in-law Kate is the eye-catcher of the evening. She shone in a white robe.
The Princess of Wales (40) at the first state banquet during the reign of King Charles III. (74) caused a stir with a fairytale robe. The Royals received Cyril Ramaphosa (70), who has been President of the Republic of South Africa since 2018, at Buckingham Palace. He is in the UK for a two day state visit.
Special tiara
Princess Kate arrived at the event in a white Jenny Packham floor-length gown, embellished with flower-shaped sequins. In addition, Prince Williams (40) wife wore the “Lover’s Knot Tiara”, which was said to be one of William’s mother’s favorite pieces, Princess Diana (1961-1997). The 40-year-old combined earrings, which according to “People” magazine Said to have belonged to Diana and a bracelet from Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022).
