Charles III has welcomed heads of state to a grand reception at Buckingham Palace. US President Joe Biden was also there.

Heads of state and high-ranking dignitaries from around the world gathered at London’s Buckingham Palace on Sunday evening, where they were welcomed by King Charles III. (73) were welcomed.
