Educators are at the limit. Specialists need reinforcement and better working conditions. What Bayern is planning now to solve the problem is disturbing.

Next week the daycare year begins in Bavaria. A new and exciting phase of life is beginning for many little people, they make their first friends and get to know additional caregivers. Parents know their children are well cared for and professionally supported. And for the educators, it’s back to work, back to a meaningful and fulfilling profession. It could be so nice if the reality weren’t unfortunately different in many places.
