The National Directorate of Judicial Police is issuing a “kidnapping alert” this Friday concerning a baby. Neilylah, aged one month, is an “African type baby, black curly hair, measuring 50 cm and weighing approximately 3 kg”.
Police suspect his mother, Tracy Ngoie, also known as Chelsea. Aged 21, she is 1.73 meters tall, of African type, has black eyes, black hair, is of normal build, wears a white t-shirt, gray pants and a hat in red satin.

The child was taken from the Meaux hospital center on January 18, 2024 between 7:35 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
If you locate the child, do not intervene yourself, immediately call 197 or send an email to [email protected].
