Karim Jebli, the actor of “Déguns”, victim of an attempted murder in Marseille

Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône) was once again the scene of serious violence this weekend. This time, the target of this attempted murder is not an anonymous person but the actor Karim Jebli, 28, known for his role in the web series “Les Déguns”, reveals the JDD. Saturday, shortly before 9 p.m., the actor was beaten up in the city of Sauvagère in Marseille and then the victim of a gunshot. Information confirmed to the Parisian by a source close to the file.

According to information from the JDD, it was a neighbor who called the police after hearing three shots. On the spot, the crew of the anti-crime brigade (Bac) finds nothing. No injuries, no trace of shots.

At the same time, a man takes his friend Karim Jebli to the Timone hospital. He was shot in the pelvis and suffered a fractured skull. His vital prognosis is engaged but his days are no longer in danger and his condition is stable.

According to the testimony of this relative, the actor was targeted by five or six individuals, hooded, gloved and armed with an iron bar. These blows would have seriously injured him. The actor was also reportedly targeted by a small caliber shot. A 45 caliber ammunition case was found at the scene.

Four people were arrested near a technical room, inside which an iron bar, a bloodstained sweatshirt, a hammer, a balaclava and 400 euros in cash were found. “They seem rather linked to drug trafficking which is rampant in this city, rather than to the attack on Karim Jebli, explains a source close to the file at the JDD. The reasons and circumstances of the facts remain to be established.

The departmental security of Bouches-du-Rhône is in charge of this investigation for attempted murder.

The actors Nordine Salhi and Karim Jebli, are children of the city of La Sauvagère, in the 10th arrondissement of Marseille. Each of the 41 episodes of the comedy series they created exceeds one million views on YouTube.
