Kanye West apparently wants to get rid of one of his two Wyoming properties. The rapper is said to be offering Monster Lake Ranch for sale.

Kanye West (44) is apparently separating from his Monster Lake Ranch in Wyoming. As the British Daily Mail and the US magazine “People” report, the property is for sale for 11 million US dollars (the equivalent of around 9.5 million euros). The 1,000 acre property with two lakes offers panoramic views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The property is also equipped with stables, eight apartments, a restaurant and an event hall.

When the rapper bought the property in 2019, he reportedly renamed it West Lake Ranch. The Bighorn Mountain Ranch near Greybull is said to have acquired West shortly afterwards as the second property in Wyoming. While West wants to get rid of his first ranch, he is said to have set up another home elsewhere: Last month, an insider reported to People magazine that the musician had bought a villa in Malibu. The rapper is said to have paid a mere 57.3 million US dollars (about 48.5 million euros) for the beach house.

After separating from Kim Kardashian (40), the rapper moved out of the shared mansion in Los Angeles County. His current wife wants to stay there with their children North (8), Saint (5), Chicago (3) and Psalm (2). According to “People”, West had agreed with this decision, he had been living mainly on his ranch in Wyoming for a long time. West loves his children very much and wants them to be happy and therefore avoid any argument with Kardashian, an unspecified source said in March 2021.

Since the summer of 2020 there have been rumors about an alleged separation of West and Kardashian. In February, it was finally leaked that Kardashian had filed for divorce in court. Both reportedly want to forego maintenance payments and have apparently already agreed out of court on joint custody of the children.
