It’s a sad story no matter who you believe because it ended with the death of a young woman. Kasia Lenhardt, once a finalist at Germany’s Next Topmodelthen girlfriend of footballer Jérôme Boateng, took her own life on February 9, 2021 when she was 25. Boateng had interviewed her just a week earlier picture accused of alcoholism and blackmail, triggering a shitstorm in the media, which tend to be antisocial in such cases. Now her mother Adrianna Lenhardt is demanding before the Berlin district court that Boateng should withdraw his allegations in order to at least save the daughter’s good reputation.
