This is a jungle hammer!

Cora Schumacher (47) has the RTL camp “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!” already left on the third evening of the current season.

After an already heavily shortened live broadcast, the presenters Sonja Zietlow (55) and Jan Köppen (40) suddenly announced: “Cora Schumacher left the camp shortly before this live broadcast!”

Why? The two don’t give an answer and only announce the further course of the show on RTL+.

More information on Monday?

The ex-wife of former Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher (48) was also there in the program broadcast that evening. Because of a sports broadcast, the jungle camp program only lasted 40 minutes on Sunday. Cora’s exit was no longer announced in the episode.

According to the RTL announcement, viewers should find out more on Monday. Twelve candidates are fighting for the jungle crown this year. With Cora Schumacher out, there are now eleven.

Cora said: “I’m a star – get me out of here!”

On the official Instagram account for the show, RTL announced in the evening: “Shortly before the third live show, Cora Schuhmacher said the sentence ,I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here’ said and left the camp at his own request. Everything else about the voluntary move-out will be available in the next live show.”

Is this the reason behind Cora’s departure?

What’s behind Cora Schumacher’s unexpected departure? Health reasons would be conceivable. The 47-year-old was banned from the jungle test on the third day in the camp.

As BILD learned exclusively from production circles, Cora is suffering from the consequences of a severe herniated disc in her cervical spine, which she sustained during her career as a racing driver.

Therefore, the model was restricted to jungle camp from the start. The spectators and the other participants had already noticed that she got an extra sausage. She could not be nominated for the first jungle tests.

She was also allowed to take a very mild test at the beginning with actor Heinz Hoenig (72). Now the pain seems to have become too great.

Double bad luck for RTL: The station not only lost Schumacher, one of the participants with the highest salary, but also gambled away the show. Because of the NFL football broadcast, the show only ran until shortly before 9 p.m. this time. Which angered many jungle camp fans.

RTL+ collapses

Immediately after the shock news at the end of the TV broadcast, the show “The Hour After” was scheduled to begin on the RTL streaming service RTL+. Fans were hoping for more background on Cora’s end here.

But they waited in vain for this: The platform probably collapsed completely because of the great interest. Viewers received the error message “RTL+ cannot be loaded right now.”
