This Monday, the names of the French flag bearers for the Tokyo Olympics were given. It will thus be the judoka Clarisse Agbegnenou and the gymnast Samir Aït Saïd for the Olympic Games who will have the honor of carrying the blue white red flag during the opening ceremony on July 23, and Sandrine Martinet (judo) and Stéphane Houdet ( table tennis) for the Paralympic Games.
Clarisse Agbegnenou won a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics, and five world championships. Samir Aït Saïd has never won an Olympic medal, being forfeited for the 2016 final.
