A panel of the US Court of Appeals in Washington does not want to grant Donald Trump immunity, which is anything but a surprise. Such a verdict had been expected, but on Tuesday morning US Eastern Time the three judges actually rejected the former president’s proposal with a 3-0 vote. This dispute will probably end up at some point before the Supreme Court, which is currently having to deal intensively with Trump anyway.
