New twist in the Alexia Daval affair. After Jonathann Daval’s 25-year prison sentence by the Assize Court of Haute-Saône on November 21, 2020 , the murderer will again be tried, this time in civil proceedings. He is summoned to appear for slanderous denunciation. This summons was issued by the Portejoie firm, which represents the parents, sister and brother-in-law of the victim. A first hearing is scheduled for January 10, 2024.
