Joko Winterscheidt (43) and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (39) could not prevail against their employer ProSieben on Tuesday evening in “Joko & Klaas against ProSieben”. The moderators, who were able to win last week, had to play in the third edition of the current season suffer defeat.

In the first game “Joko & Klaas against the risk assessment catalogue”, the entertainers gained an advantage, but in the second challenge against mentalist Timon Krause (28) the point went to ProSieben. Rick Kavanian (51) and Simon Pearce (41) earned a second point for the broadcaster in the third game. In game four, the moderators were again able to gain an advantage for the final.

While a loud music quiz then brought the duo another advantage for the last game, Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf remained without a win in the sixth challenge. In the final they had to throw and catch ten different objects over ten different distances. The three previously gained advantages could not help them in the task, the duo thus lost to their employer.

This is the punishment for Joko and Klaas

As a punishment, the moderators must for their employer as a living poster act. Glued to a billboard in the middle of Berlin, they will present trailers for every primetime ProSieben show from Wednesday, November 2nd, up to and including Tuesday, November 8th. The penalty would have been in store for them had they lost the previous show.

According to ProSieben, the stuck duo will also be the advertising motif for the new season “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben” next spring. The next episode “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben” will air on November 8th at 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.
