Jokes machine stolen in Nuremberg – Bavaria

Unknown people stole a joke machine in Nuremberg. The cabaret artist Oliver Tissot screwed the converted chewing gum machine to the wall of his house in 2018. For 20 cents, people could buy capsules with funny sayings.

Now, according to Tissot, someone with tools dismantled it at night and stole it. The police confirmed that Tissot had filed a criminal complaint. The cabaret artist asks for information about the crime and for donations for a new machine.

According to him, the Nuremberg joke machine was the first of its kind – and soon found imitators nationwide, for example in Dortmund. Several joke machines have also been installed in hospitals.
