Author of pole position in the British Grand Prix on Saturday, Johann Zarco (Ducati) had great ambitions on Sunday at the Silverstone circuit. The French driver had also made a very good start and was leading the GP when he suffered a crash after only five laps of the race.
Zarco fell on his own, after losing control of his motorcycle in a bend. He was not hurt, was able to leave, before being called back to his box and giving up. The Frenchman, third for the moment in the 2022 World Championship, will still have to wait before winning his first victory in MotoGP.
