Covid is to blame again. The pandemic has changed the employment situation in many industries. Since spring 2020, millions of Germans have had experiences with short-time work, home office, fluctuating and missing orders. Thanks to the delta variant, the situation should stay that way for the time being. But that does not have to be a reason for resignation or panic, on the contrary: Now could be the ideal time for all those who struggle with their work and are looking for a new job or even a new profession. So maybe this disruption also has some magic inherent in it. If part-time and teleworking are popular anyway, why not reorient yourself?
