The world of the Web is working to shed light on the death of Maëva Frossard. A month after her disappearance, Jeremstar is hoping to clear up the mystery surrounding the conditions that drove influencer Mavachou to suicide. On December 22, the day of his death, an investigation for “moral harassment leading to suicide” was opened. Since then, several witnesses have been heard, reports The Parisian.
Hundreds of messages transmitted
This is particularly the case of Jeremstar. The YouTube star, specializing in the field of reality TV, knows the effects of cyberbullying for having been the target and has created
a platform on which appear testimonials and contacts in case of need. Some time before her passing, Mavachou had confided in the influencer about the hate she was receiving on social media.
The bond the two web personalities had allowed investigators to interview Jeremstar as a witness for more than three hours on Friday, as he confirmed on his Instagram account. Several hundred written messages, dozens of voice notes and many screenshots were provided to the people in charge of the investigation.
“I find it disgusting towards my children”
In a video published on January 17 on his YouTube channel, Jeremstar publicly revealed some of these messages in which Mavachou, mother of four, accused her ex-husband, Adrien Czajczynski, also a YouTuber, of making false accusations. “He’s just trying to get custody, actually. And he talked about sexual touching in the public square, I find it disgusting vis-à-vis my children, ”we can hear.
According to her lawyer, Maëva Frossard had filed five complaints since May 2020 due to attacks targeting her online. Just before her death, the youtuber had filed a complaint against her ex-husband and against X for moral harassment and incitement to suicide.
In his YouTube video, Jeremstar explained that he was “at the disposal of Justice to transmit the audio tapes that Maëva sent me for many months and which contain, I am sure, a lot of elements, I imagine , useful for investigation. The judicial information should make it possible to clarify the conditions of the death of the 32-year-old mother.
